Data deletion

The information WeLoveTime LLC holds because you contacted us: a message to our Facebook page on Messenger, a message to @welovetimetx on Instagram, an instant form you filled in on Facebook or Instagram, or an enquiry by telephone, text, email, our website or Thumbtack. See the privacy policy for what that is and why it is kept.

1. Email ceo@welovetime.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Say how you contacted us — Messenger, Instagram (your @username), a Facebook or Instagram form, or the telephone number or email address you used — so we can find you. Do not send passwords or card numbers; we never need them.
3. We answer within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.

You can also remove our app’s access from Facebook yourself: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. That stops anything new reaching us; to delete what we already hold, email us as above.

Your messages, attachments, form answers, the identifier Meta uses for you on our page, and your contact details are deleted from this system. If we did paid work for you, the invoice and the payment record are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and nothing else.
